As soon as your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.
Timeline: orders are processed in 1–3 business days and usually arrive 7–14 business days after they ship (up to 20 business days during the November–December holidays). Tracking can take 3–5 days to show its first update.
Track your package: click the tracking link in your shipping email, or paste your tracking number into 17TRACK.
Multiple packages: if you ordered more than one item, they may arrive separately, each with its own tracking number.
Need help? If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, email us at support@valuablefinds.store with your order number and we'll make it right.
